WHERE IS MY ORDER?

Due to the extremely high ordering volume and holiday delay, orders are taking longer to ship than normal. Orders are processed in the order that they were received, If it has been more than 10-12 business days (Monday thru Friday) since you placed your order, please use the form below to contact us and we are happy to help track your order.

GIFT CARD NOT WORKING?

In the gift card box on the cart page, enter your code (it should be a series of letters and numbers separated by dashes: SHGX0-CM1QK-Z3CMS) and click “Activate”

If you get an error message that says the card is invalid please double-check the card number – sometimes capital O should be a zero 0 same for capital I should be a 1 or vice-versa.
